• Each voucher is valid for 1-time use.
• This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
• A voucher print-out must be presented upon arrival.
• The print-out voucher also must be presented at the venue or designated venue to exchange it into a wristband, which will be your ticket to enter the festival.
• In the event of cancellation, the tickets will be refunded in accordance with the provisions of the promoter. The cost of convenience fee (charged to the buyer with a credit card) will not be refunded.
